This scrumptious skein of Yarn came in the mail yesterday. It was hand dyed by See Jayne Knit in Canada.

The color is: "Melted Popsicle Puddle" in Superwash Merino & Nylon.
I am very excited about the color. It's gorgeous. My plan is to knit a lightweight neck scarflette. I found the pattern on ravelry. Its called "Hitchhiker". Its an asymmetrical scarf knit in Garter Stitch.

Trinity Scarf for Amy-Jo
My friend Mary-Joy came over to my work desk and said "I have show and tell".... We do this every so often to show eachother our projects. She was working on this beautiful shawl that had this very unique stitch. Its called the Trinity stitch and both sides of the project are very beautiful.
The pattern goes like this:
Row 1: (RS) *K1 P1 K1 into the same st, P3tog*, repeat from * to *
Row 2: (WS) Knit
Row 3: *P3tog, K1 P1 K1 into the same st*, repeat from * to *
Row 4: Knit
I wanted to try this pattern so much since I'd fallen in love with the stitch. So my sister-in-law Amy-Jo had a birthday in January so PERFECT I needed a birthday gift! Its turning out really well.
Then another little project waiting in the wings and I will start this tomorrow are another pair of baby chuck for a new babygirl: Kylie June
These new chucks are going to be in Pink and Brown! will keep you posted with pictures....
